And I'm waiting to post splits until I can get a 1'03 , still not there yet.
We may have an issue with the 1.07 update - they've enabled tire wear/fuel consumption in the time trials.
If memory serves, we had those options turned off in GT5.
Edit - there's also an option for either a final-corner start (which has always been the case until now) or a pit start in time trials, though I don't see that as an issue if tire wear/fuel consumption is turned off.
True. We're going to need a ruling from you guys on the new options pretty quick before everybody downloads the hefty update and the immediate hotfix and heads back to Daytona. It would appear as though you can still have the tire wear setting as "OFF"
Can someone confirm that tire/fuel settings are available in time trials in offline mode? I was under the impression this was added only for in-lounge online time trials.True. You online racers might be interested in the new "endurance race" option. Could that be the fix for the tire bug that has plagued GT6 since the beginning?
Give me a while to download. Can someone confirm that tire/fuel settings are available in time trials in offline mode? I was under the impression this was added only for in-lounge online time trials.
If it was added for offline, we will be requiring it set to off, tires all at 10 and a full tank of gas.
Also if the physics have changed, or if laptimes have obviously gotten slower or fast, please let us know.
That's tarmac, and since this isn't one of the two Willow Springs tracks, the white line means nothing. It's the first right turn, is the white line the boundary or the grass? Is this clean?
I don't remember the lines here ever being boundaries. You can cross it.Last time we ran here, it wasnt allowed to go past the white line, but if you're on it, it should be okay.
You're right.. i went back and read the thread.. my fault.I don't remember the lines here ever being boundaries. You can cross it.
