GTP_WRS Week 18 : Rosso Prancer

So a session that was supposed to be quick and short ended up being an extended test of different tunes again... this combo really is addictive. First I tried @Argon 's tune and almost beat my previous best. Then I decided to try @Meister Fetz 's tune and after 5 laps I beat my previous time and was able to improve even further. I came within 0.1s of my optimal with these splits, I don't think I can go any faster so I'm submitting with these.

I'm cutting it reeeaally close at the second chicane and at the exit of Ascari as well but I've checked it, and to me it's clean... by 1/3 of a tire

Yes that's fine as long as you keep two wheels on track (rumbles are part of the track).

Lost 3 tenths last sector, Im about 4 slower than optimal

Been trying to use my own setup for this one but still trying to get my head around them, my times as they stand are:

I felt that I really nailed that middle sector but I do have a couple of tenths in the other sectors, but couldn't manage to string a lap together.
That lap is the one with the dodgy Ascari chicane, I did beat it but forgot to save the replay, I will try to beat it again but if I can't then I'll just put my next best time to not risk it

I'm not sure what am I doing wrong as I am unable to match my default setup lap time with any of the setups, from which the one @Meister Fetz provided seems to be the fastest. Well, running it on TC 0 makes me faster, but I need to be much more careful on corners exit, running it on TC 2 I can push harder, but accelleration from corners is kinda slug-ish. TC 1 does not work either way (from day 1 GTS went on), does not help with traction, just slows you down a bit... Will see after race today, what I can manage. ^^

I think your settings have messed up your split time submission mate. I think you need to use the spoiler setting to share your car setup without fetchy reading it as a time

Good improvement on the first two splits, but a very bad Ascari ruined what could've been a decent lap for my standards. Unfortunately, with Easter holiday in-between, I won't have time for a more dedicated session, so I'm submitting. I did reach my personal goal, though optimum says I can be nearly a sec faster. Using @EDK setup and @Meister Fetz transmission; I found this setup to be basically the only one where the 458 just doesn't try to kill me whenever I'm opening the throttle exiting a corner. And I have TCS active at 3.

GL everyone, this was a fun combo indeed!

Tried again but not able to get anything extra out of the car. Very happy with my effort and with a decent setup it's so much fun to drive with just ABS. Do need to be careful still but I've really enjoyed this TT.
