Better last sector, but still not my best.

About a tenth and a half left for me, but don't know if i can string all together. maybe last try tomorrow, we will see.

Overall happy with the lap.

Thanks, i realy hate sliding cars, som i'm quite happy for that time :0) i hope it gives a good final time, but i diddent do my absolute best in the last sector.

This one is tough for me too. I know where I want the car to go but I can never quite get it to go there.

Did you notice we have the exact same splits on the 1st and 2nd sectors? What are the odds of that?

Is it compulsory to post T1 and T2?
It is not mandatory, but it is generally considered good sportsmanship to do so. It gives those around you a general idea where they are in relation to you. Seeing the splits adds to the fun of the weekly TT, it also adds to the drama as everyone waits to see how their T3 was in relation to others at the deadline.

Binned a 14.5 and 31.2 by taking too much speed into the final turn. Need to sacrifice the exit of sector 2 to line up for a fast t3.

After some rehab time and life issues calmed down, I'm going to try to post something on this one. I wasn't expecting such a large update :( I don't expect much but I'm going to try to do this one and the ones that are no adjustments and anything off road

Second session, switched AYC to 100:

14.524
31.324

Found over a tenth in T3.

It's really tough to find the fine line between smoothness and aggression; you have to slide in order to go fast, but slide too much and the grip level drops. I might consider reducing the rear brake bias as the car tends to slide a lot braking into turn 2.

What is "AYC" ? :dunce:
Active Yaw Control. Mitsubishi's torque distribution system meant to distribute power in a way that would make the car easier and more fun to drive. In general words, it is a setting that can completely counteract understeer, or make your car oversteer if you set the value too high. Very easy tuning tool since it has no drawbacks (in my experience).

Got up this morning thinking I'd give this one another 30 minutes and gave it 90...I feel like it's a really good combo to learn subtleties in GT, things like hitting apexes, smooth input, setting up for subsequent corners...proper loving this one, thanks heaps @EDK!

And that's me done for this combo I think. Re-watching this lap it's almost as clean as I could possibly get it. My Autumn Ring Mini Leaderboard had all the times within 0.036 until this lap I'm submitting where I finally knocked off a whole tenth...got my fingers crossed my final sector is competitive after last weeks disaster...how much could the leaderboard possibly change with one corner?!? ;)

I screwed up submitting my replay, just copy pasted "GTP_WRS Week 18 Remove Entry" from the sticky and didn't realize the week was wrong, then submitted my replay. Will this cause problems?

Edit: Does it auto delete replays?
To clear it up, I had already submitted a replay and just improved my time. Is submitting the new replay all I have to do?

Yes. Every accepted replay you send will overwrite your previous time. Just like here on the forums with the split times, where they overwrite previous entries.

Now. Please slow down, sir. :)

hey guys, am I allowed to discuss track boundaries? If so, is this allowed? (75% of the tire is off the kerb, 25% is still on it)...
This is the frame where I was the closest to the edge:
frame 1 pic 1.jpg
frame 1 pic 2.jpg

The frame after that looks like this: (gets better from there)
frame 2 pic 1.jpg
frame 2 pic 2.jpg

the reason I did'nt take a pic within GT6 is that when I did so, the game moved my wheel towards the track, so it looked like I had about 50% of the wheel on the kerb...
