You can cross the rumble strips and go onto the green at turn 1 as long as you don't touch the wall, but I doubt that doing that will make you faster through sector 1. When I get my braking slightly wrong for turn 1 and go over the rumble strips it unsettles the car a lot.

I meant it, I have not tried it, guess I'll have to force more car to enter more fast and already out up to the end of the split, because step the first corner already all I do it thoroughly, I suppose that you entering a little more quickly, forcing more, and not so much drawing clean will earn that speed to the ascent plus, or can be done at third gear?

Ok,thanks,i wasn't tryed it but i'm watching people with camaro making 27.3 and i'm very surprissed. The next will be the challenger,i'm so impatient.:D

Seriously this week's combo ranks among the best ever, @Gravitron your evil genius knows no limits, thanks to you and the testers.

I'm definitely having the most fun in the Mustang, if this was a Car and Driver 60's pony car comparison I would award the Mustang the most points for driver involvement and road feel. It also has the nicest interior, though leg room in the back seats is the worst of the three. :P
The Challenger is a boss ride, and the rear seats are roomy enough to shag your girlfriends.
I'm still fastest though in the Camaro and would rate it as highly recommended. 👍

Got the Challenger set up. Did 37 laps (I was going to stop at 30....) with the DS3 since I didn't want to turn the wheel on at 3am. I believe I can do better than the DS3 lap but I feel it's a good benchmark to attack when I use the wheel. Reeeeeally close at touching the wall at the chicane but I see daylight at all points between the wall and the car so it looks clean.

All 3 cars are wonderful, I can't choose any of them so I'm taking them by turn! Not more than 20 laps per car and my last best lap was with the challenger:

27.896
53.125

Best combo in a while, gratz Lucas and all testers!

I keep making the same error! my apologies! I have a note with the fastest splits so I can do a quick compare how I'm doing when i'm driving. Just keep typing them over ( might be jealousy :P)

Improved my T2 still not quite happy with it. I think that particular bit is very difficult. Also saw a T1 of 27.550 so I'm aiming for 53.000 or lower :P
So damn addicting this combo I think I'm starting to become a Brony :P

Seeing how many people are giving big props to this week's Time Trial, one would hope that we start seeing more and more weeks where there are multiple cars available. I've said it before and I'll say it again: If you need testers for future weeks, I would be more than happy to run test cars.

Well, splits are typically 1/60 s although it is possible to use the unrounded thousandths. I rarely do.

I submitted my lap time that had the last posted splits. Fetchy accepted, thats a relief. Still gonna go for more but having trouble in a couple spots.

Driving the Camaro

Any advice on:

- Hitting rev limiter on exit of Turn 1 in 2nd gear. Its funky, I am feathering but hit rev limiter at 68 or 69 mph and then it comes back down for normal 2nd to 3rd shift at 73 mph. Feel like I am losing time.

- Anyone taking turn 1 completely in 3rd?

- Speed at S/F line?

-MPH when you hit the throttle into the kink?

Great combo, loving the Shelby most at the moment. Can't match it with the Camaro would you believe, I put it down to my driving not being smooth enough!
