It shouldn't matter when the oil change is done, I always do mine first. Those are the proper upgrades so I'm not sure why the pp is off.I am pretty sure I got it right. Lvl 3 Eng & Semi racing exhaust to the Sprinter.
It was my understanding that the oil change gives x% increase based on HP of the car.
Until I get some clarification I will stick to using the Levin. Is this the proper place for this kind of thing?
