The one thing I really noticed is that you brake too late for turns, causing a lot of understeer, and this is costing you a lot of time. Other than that, a smooth lap.

Thanks MadMax for checking my replay. đź‘Ť

Nice job on Trans Tasman Racing owning D1, even if you were the only 2 and someone from D1 beat you. :embarrassed: Nice job Chadwicksracing on the overall win.

Anytime ^_^ Any chance you could do mine? Not many NTSC's around here. :guilty:

Unfortunatly, no.

My computer needs a new power cord and this computer has the incorrect zip program.

I tried to view yours Seken, but it wouldn't show up.
Does it matter that I have the downloaded version? I'm still new to this so I am unsure. :dopey:

If you have the downloaded version, you can only load replays from downloaded versions.
I have the PAL disk, and I tried to view your replay, but it does not appear in the replay list.

- Good clean lap, nice speed carried through the last bend. I'm glad I don't have your Tyre bill though, you really lit them up through the first turn, I'm still choking on the smoke now!!!!

Wow, some serious drifting there! Very tight to the wall coming out of the esses and entering the last turn but as far as I can see it was clean. I can't help thinking you could have goine even quicker as you were bouncing off the limiter in 3rd heading to the final turn, anyway great lap đź‘Ť

Alejandro, couldn't get yours to work sorry, maybe you could upload it again and I'll have another go - just out of interest, are you a PAL or NTSC disk?

EDIT: sorry for the double post - brain not working today :(

Congratulations on your podium Andy, how's your new wheel? Oh, and my disk is NTSC, maybe there's the issue. Thanks for tryin though ;)

That would be the reason!!! The wheel is great, still way off my pace and getting used to it but the fun factor has gone through the roof, now I see what all the fuss is about!

Animera, thanks for checking my replay and thanks for the feedback, I always thought I broke too early which is why I leave it as late as possible but your comments have made me rethink my strategy, I'll try a new approach next time - slow in, quick out right?!!!!

That has been the reason for my gradual climb up the Div ladder - I'm starting to see advantages to early braking and hit the apex just right. I honestly don't think it is something you can just see and then do. You have to train yourself over time to do it - the more you practice, the easier it becomes. In watching replays, it never ceases to amaze me how late some folks get on the brakes and still pull off fabulous laps - when I try to brake at that point it always ends up in a mess. So, in addition to finding the right brake point, you also have the variable of how much brake to apply and when to let off. So many different variables which leads to so many different lap times each week.

Just keep at it and you'll see those times improve - heck, you'll probably catch and pass me in the registry.

We might want to declare this one Official - BurtStanton's is the only one left to verify but he has the download NTSC version so I'm not sure there is really anyone around that could verify it. What does the OLR Admin team think?

Yes, although he never posted a replay, I'm making it official. Will remind him of the need to view results and post replays.
