Exit the game and go to save game data under the game menu. Look for the replay you don't need, triangle and delete.

I just did this for all my replays and they went back to March '09 - took me forever. There has to be an easier way to do hundreds of them. :)

Anyway, I just realized I hadn't posted my splits in here from earlier in the week which were just average. I've worked on this for a few hours the last 2 nights and have these to show for my effort:

16.024
32.873

Don't see anymore improvements at the line on this one so I'm probably going to end up using these for the submittal. Good Luck to everyone still trying! 👍

Can't for the life of me, crack the 15's or the 32's, but I keep finding a little more at the line.

16.097
33.066

T1 16.122
T2 33.621

Going to give this one more try before submitting.. I'm seeing alot of .54s at T2 but can't keep it together in T3

Hey, Ran 2 sessions at this and have arrived at these splits

15.942
32.581

Seen .899 at T1 and a .49x at T2, but pretty happy with this lap as final sector was a PB. Submitted;)

Experimented a bit for the 2 right handers that sandwich T2 in using a 2nd gear downshift to help turn the car in- upshifting to 3rd pretty quickly on exit, paid dividends.

 I learnt a while ago there's always some one faster then you (me). Dan just happens to be one of them.

Nice splits there Dan 👍

I'd done a 32.64x for T2 but as always...

Submitting with these splits:

15.990
32.777

Good luck to everyone :)👍

I just get a T1 of .046 and then straight into the wall.... I'm going to get piece of paper and cover the part of the screen that displays the splits. i recently got a .43 at T2 but bin the rest of the lap.. but when I mess up in T1 & T2 I get not so much mistakes in T3

@Mignun
Not concerned about it being there.. but others(mods) might

edit

Here are my new splits, been chasing PoSiTiOnOnPole's ghost... slower T1 but my best T2 and T3 yet... wish I could have kept that 0.46 at T1... still got plenty time though.

T1 16.292
T2 33.324

The Lancia is 4WD

Been plugging at this over the weekend, but this is my first real improvement at T1/T2.

16.071
33.043

Have seen faster, but could not tie them to a decent 3rd sector. Have achieved my goal, and am submitting now.

Good Luck to all in the results.

Kevin

16.108
32.938

I'm very happy with my last sector. Don't think I will be able to improve.

Earlier in the week I had a 15.9xx T1...didn't think anything of it at the time...haven't gotten within .400's since..... :ouch:

As your exit speed from the last turn improves, your braking point for Turn 1 changes.

I suggest watching the speedo at the Start/Finish line, so you have an idea of whether to brake early or late.

CT gave a nice overview of turn 1, but I'll also tell you what I'm doing there, and what this car seems to like, in general.

I brake just after the second marker sign, as late as halfway between the second and third signs, if my SFL speed is closer to 85 than 90.

The key, to me, is to be back on the throttle BEFORE the apex. That's a good general rule for nearly every turn on the track. Beyond that, my 2nd to 3rd shift is at 72-73MPH, the car likes to be shagged. ;)

Not giving a total lap writeup, as I'm probably the wrong guy to do that anyhow. But I hope that helps you become more consistent. :)

Thanks EDK...you're exactly right...I'm at 85-86 at S/f and I'm scrubbing off too much speed in T1.... :scared:

Late in the week to be posting first splits I know - but I've submitted with these,

T1 - 16.066
T2 - 32.950

Onto Suzy and the RX-8 !!

Submitted with different splits.

Good luck everyone:tup:
