To streamline the WRS administration process, all required replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Provisional" and will become "Official" once all posted replays have been verified. After 7 days, all drivers who fail to provide a requested replay will have their lap disqualified. (Beware: disqualification isn't taken lightly within the WRS.)

Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays

Found myself quite addicted to this combo but unfortunately clean lap times were extremely rare (2 in 1300+ km) and couldn't manage any clean improvement, though looking at the great times at the top of the division even an optimal lap would have been too slow for a podium .

Felt funny being the chasee this week; but that was just because it looked like pilmat was going to keep running and running! Felt good to build out mostly my own tune, this time. Probably cost me a bit, but I felt I could trust it.

My replay is attached; it's really pretty safe, I think. You can play count-the-missed-apexes for yucks (or even a drinking game?). Don't be afraid to pitch in with replay checking this week, guys....

Long tl;dr with too many numbers follow; I wind up with all this data...

Ideally I'd have done more experimentation, or been braver with Galgenkopf, Brunnchen/Pfantzgarten, and Bergwerk. The latter two especially usually overwhelm my nerve, which costs quite a lot.

Great job James, Mohit, Shawn, Al, 👍 and a special congrats to my fellow D5 driver, Ray. It was a fun TT. Only trailing by a second makes me think I should have spent more time, but I probably could have spend 8 hours and not put together 2 more clean laps.

Ealirendur, I must admit that my best lap was NOT my submitted splits. I did a lap quite late, about 1.5 hrs before the deadline, that had bad splits in the first 9 sectors (0.8 off) but I nailed the back half of the track.

Some sick fast D3 times this week.

I don't think I've ever worked so hard for a 4th place finish before.

Overall I'm happy with my lap. I might of squeezed out a few more tenths OA, but not enough to reach the D3 podium I'm afraid.

Tried to submit my replay but cannot. It says I'm over my limit on attachments, which are previous WRS replays which I cannot delete.

Anyone care to explain how to fix this.

I didn't expect to get onto the overall podium this week, or any week for that matter. I guess the small amount of time I lost at the end of the lap didn't make much of a difference. I'll have my replay posted tomorrow.

No tick boxes on the right for you, with a delete option at the bottom? That might be a Mod only feature.

Congratulations to everyone who saw this one through. There are some amazing times up there. Many apologies for not submitting this week. Olympic fever took hold and I never managed to get any more sessions in. Only got one clean lap out of the 2 short sessions that I managed, and that one wasn't very good. Can't imagine how Twissy and Gooners went so fast.

Looks good. This is my first time checking replays, so feel free to double check me. The tach had a 7250 red line, he was on racing soft tires, there was no tire wear or fuel consumption, and his line was extremely clean. Congrats again on the division win! 👍
