Lap and visible vehicle specs correct.

Submitted time, "2---1'01.942---GTP_GDS (Replay Needed)"...

...doesn't match replay time of 1'02.095:

Did you submit the wrong replay or wrong time, Gayle?

GTP_GDS - Withholding flag till admin re-checks.

.

I'll fetch submitted time. :ouch: OK, can't get time sso now what?

Yeah, the deadline has passed for Fetchy submissions! Not much you can do now.

Is this replay you posted the correct one?

gtpgdsreplayimage.jpg
No it's not. The submitted time is 1'01.942. I just made a mistake, too much going on right now. I'm not in it to advance up the Leader Board, just to have fun running the TT's. Altho I still have a competitive nature at my old age. :) So it can just simply be red flagged.

If you posted the wrong replay, you CAN correct that. Just grab the one that matches your submitted time of 1'01.942, post it, and I will check that one.

Nice run, Gayle!

.
Thanks Dan! For WK 81 I have trash canned all but the submitted replays, so Maybe that won't happen again.

Back from holiday, happy that my time stood well, and had the second best last sector even if i only run thill thursday :dopey:

Congratulations to all, some great times, and people well below their handicap 👍

Great time by BanditKarter, but mate, how long did you spent on your qualifier? Five, ten minutes? Just went to check your final GTAcademy time and no way you belong on D2. It´s a bit unfair to people that fight hard to achieve a podium on their division and loose a position just because of this situation. Coming from D2 i know what i´m talking about :odd:
Not beeing unfrendly but had to say something...

I checked at least one or two of the previous replays, and did not think the capitalization of the username made any difference; it was clearly the correct user. I may have been conditioned to this response by the way I interact with computers, of course. What you have stated here is correct, but certain combos (ones run in Seasonal Event Time Trials, needing the user to be logged in) would then be impossible if the capitalization were to remain an issue, leaving aside online for the moment.

Do i get a green flag ? I will check my XMB soon

That would be up to an admin to decide; they could also decide I was in error to give the previous green flags, I suppose.

Just to make it clear - as far as I'm aware, the capitalization can't be changed on the PSN account after it is made, and another PSN that only differs in capitalization can't be made - gtp_nicnew is your ID, incontrovertibly. The XMB one can be changed as Rikson stated, but for the reasons I mentioned above, it would be better to get it cleared up for the PSN ID also.

The Registry thread implies but nowhere states directly that the capitalization is required; there is, however, more than one example of an uncapitalized tag actually listed in the registry itself, so I personally think you're fine.

gtp_mardiearse / mardiearse / UK (3.553)
gtptonybarbados / tonybarbados / England (3.364)
gtp_greywolf / Dav11 / Australia (3.536)

Ironically, the first thing I'd do if/when I go premium would be to uncapitalize my GTP id (not the GTP_bit, the main one).

Thanks for the info Ealirendur. I have just checked my account. The XMB is GTP_nicnew but my ps account info (online) is lower case gtp_nicnew. I really hope this is not and issue. I hope that an admin can look favorably on this.

Cheers in advance.

It actually makes no difference whatsoever.
As Ren has already mentioned, the PSN does not allow for 2 accounts with the same name, and it treats Capital and lower case letters as the same thing.
Therefore: gtp_HYDRO = GTP_Hydro = Gtp_hydro
In the words of the Highlander: There can only be one... ;)
Did you change the name in the XMB to capitals after you registered the name with the PSN in lower case?

If the reviewer has concluded the lap is clean, and it's only the case of the GTP letters that is in question, then a green flag is in order.

I've checked DDiamond's replay. I'd give it a green flag, but need to clarify the replay file size. All other replay file sizes seem to be in the 180-190kb size. His replay size is 456kb. Moderator opinion please!

That is peculiar. Is it the ghost replay lap or did he perhaps save the regular replay lap?

Edit: I just downloaded the zip file to see if perhaps Dan inserts a custom graphic for the icon which could throw off the folder size but he didn't use one after all.
I'll load up the replay in the morning if no one has solved the mystery yet 👍

The replay starts before the last turn. The lap is clean, tires & oil ok. I don't want to break any rules, but would like to see the replay verified for him!

Are you able to load it as a ghost replay and race against it? Sorry, I don't have access to my PS3 ATM.

No I can't. I can only load my saved ghost replays and race against them!

Thank you for your responce Hydro. Appreciate it.

Regarding the account setups, i did them approx 3 months ago purely for the GTP_WRS. So not sure which one i set up first, but i have to hold my hands up, I have never been a good proof reader and here is just one of many examples. :dopey:

Yeah, but I'll take it since I only get to run about 10 laps per event. :ouch:

Thanks for the check.

Still have the following replays outstanding, and Firecracker and Rikson shouldn't do them...they've done plenty already. :P

NTSC
GTP_Mike_Peperni
GTP_Brinomial

PAL
GTP_firstmivec
GTP_Rikson
GTP_zapphoid

And I believe it was decided:

GTP_nicnew
user118395pic1573412914.gif

Id do mine if i could :D
I will check Brimonial's replay right now.

edit:

Clean lap 👍
