I don't use 1st anywhere. Also staying in 4th before coming onto the Porsche curves and staying in 3rd coming down to the esses.

I don’t use 1st anywhere either, I tried it a couple times but it seemed slower and more prone to wheel spin.

Found time to get a single lap in - went a little faster so will see where it stands at the end of Monday.

Struggling to get a decent lap in, I know I can go a lot faster but keep making the odd silly mistake, trying to remember to stay in the dashed line is catching me out too, ha.

Good info. I was wondering if I should be in 3rd or 2nd through the esses. Couldn't gauge the time because I consistently messed up there on the few laps I did.

Those are the Corvette Curves. Porsche are the ones before, although I think a lot of folks lump them together.

Hmm. That is tough to call. I'm going to have to leave it to the stewards/veterans. I also got two wheels over that strip while the other two were on it, but I managed to get the car back within the lines before the strip ended and yeah, you need to get as close as possible to those last couple green markers for the best exit.

Oh well, back to the grindstone. I know I can better that lap anyway, just need to concentrate on it a bit more to be consistent.

That's off limits. The same situation can take place at Arnage after the rumble strip ends. Not the most natural line to take but there's no way around it given the need for the white line rule here.

Awesome combo, and great splits @monoha!

This is the result of my efforts so far. Haven't touched BB yet. Shifting at the red line (with the same two exceptions), but can't help feeling slightly earlier might be slightly faster.

Been running this for a few hundred kms, but no splits to report... haven't managed a clean ****ing lap yet! Always had trouble with this track and those faded lines aren't helping

Hi there, welcome! Weekly races are not taking place right now, but that might change in the future. If you mean the time trials, we never post the combos in advance as to give everyone a fair chance at running them. We do usually let people know if we plan to use a 1m+ credit car, but without mentioning what car it is.

Oh ok sweet, thanks man. When I tried to save I got some error message telling me to leave my PS4 in rest mode until PSN came back lol. So I’d have had to leave it on the screen and do nothing until I could save that way lol.

It's running the 24 hour races on GT4. Just pause it and hope the PS2 survives (and there are no power outages).

Oh man, I remember those!! I used to get like 20/25 laps ahead and then let my 8yo son drive for a while until the AI caught back up to keep it interesting haha.

PSN just logged me back in.
