Good clean, laps, correct car, correct tires 👍
Thank you for checking 👍

How much of the tire needs to be touching the white line to be clean?

.000001 inches

Seriously, any amount as long as you can detect a part of it is touching or directly over the line.

OK here is my replay finally!

Al

Both good clean runs.!! 👍 Correct tires.

Many thanks Christophe

Here's my lap video finally:

Wow. You killed T3.

What a lap, Chris. Finally got a chance to watch it. 👍

Thanks for taking the time to make it.

Sorry, I'm late. I was pretty busy the previous week and I was away at the weekend. Then today I couldn't find my USB-stick but neither of these are good excuses. I will sort it out better next time.

Also, Fetchy is not picking up on the fact you submitted your replay. Perhaps an admin should look into it.

Entering Goodyear Chicane:

Rules state:

  • Tarmac and Red and White Rumbles are Track.
  • Green surfaces next to rumble strips are not track.
  • See Week 18's OP for more on legal/illegal areas. Rules are the same this
    week.

First picture from week 18 showing out of bounds:

There is bug where it is possible that the car is placed at the wrong starting coordinates when a replay is loaded. A good example for this are the flying cars at Highspeed Ring. Skipping back to the start of the lap solves this.

When I checked jtv's replay yesterday, I took this picture right after the replay was loaded.

I skipped back to the start of the lap to watch it again. Now it looked very different.

Nice find Viper 👍. Maybe the red flags will have to be checked again? I would but I can't get to my PS3 for some time.

I've reviewed my replay 3 times and Ron's video stands correct. My two outside wheels were on the Green and black rumble strips making the replay DQ'd.

I'll check firecrackers replay again just to make sure the car isn't being placed in different spots, I'll rewind a couple of times too

Checked and I'm afraid you went out bounds?

I discovered the annomaly when checking replays for Motegi. I never photo on the first pass. I run the entire replay and then start it over with the back to top botton. It's the only way to be able to freeze it after that. Then it's usually a dozen times back and forth to get the car in the right time frame.

It is a good idea to double check and triple check a red flag. Especially if it's a close call.

Thanks Viper.

I have seen the car flyin' at highspeedring first, restarting the replay or going back to the beginning solved the problem.

The GT by Citroen somehow seems to look more appropriate when flying.

The RS6 Avant, on the other hand, that seems to defy logic. :dopey:
