Like these guys said, brake early (right at the marker sign and crosswalk for me). Once you are mid corner, you can still rotate the car to help avoid the guardrail and get a faster exit.
But, not sure why we're giving advice to the guy with the fastest second sector.
Nah, that lap was full opposite lock and I just booted the throttle and somehow powered out of it with a 5km/h faster exit than usual... A bit of a fluke really.
What I do mostly is brake at about 25-40% brake threshold and pick up the power mid corner. I tend to hug the apex quite whilst doing this.
I'll have another go tomorrow...
