Thank you for the kind words guys As you can imagine I'm really, REALLY stoked with my result this week.

I loved the car the second I set foot in it. No tune, wrestling the beast round with all four wheels doing their best to break traction And having an absolute blast i might add! It was important for me to do that this week, as I understood how the car behaved and where I needed to improve it. Actually, 3 sessions out of 4 I spent making sure I was happy with my setup. I dont like to keep evolving it, as I manage to get better results sticking to a particular tune and then attacking the track.

Speaking of tunes, I mentioned earlier in the week I was using something un-conventional The observant among you will notice in my replay, and I think that difference was what got me to where i ended up this week. I'd be interested to see if anyone could go faster adapting their tune with my take on it.

Anyway, sorry for the ramble, I've attatched my replay, and if you dont mind, I'm off on holiday now Take it easy boys. Oh and congrats to everyone who took part this week. It was a difficult combo, but loads of fun.

I watched your replay Gary and I have a couple of comments

The first thing is that the gears aren't all that. You just used 1 through 4 instead of 2 through 5. I think it was your (quickly improving) skill and not your set up that got you the result.

The second thing, and just an observation, EDIT:nevermind.

I've had the wheel for a while, but have only stepped up using it the past couple of weeks. Started this week using ABS on, Tc 1, stability control on and automatic transmission and running 2.10. After a week of a couple of hours an evening finished no ABS,no Tc, stability off and manual and finished with just over 2.07.

I am definitely improving, main problem I'm having is judging how wide the car is. I'm use to Chase cam , but have switched to bumper cam and I am leaving a lot of track to spare. Once I get my widths right should be getting tenths on most corners.

Question about watching other's replays ...

I am able to copy the replay from my thumb drive to my PS3. I can even see the replay in my list of files alongside my other replays. But when I bootup the game they don't show up in my list of available replays. Any ideas?

I really want to race against the leaders to improve, but I'm a bit stuck.

I'm in America so I think NTSC. So does that mean I can't view PAL replays? And is there any way to work around this?

You can only view replays from the version of the game you own unfortunatly, hopefully you will find some ntsc replays to help your quest 👍
