There you go. Finally caught up with my 3:04 time from S2 eh. :lol: My wingless MR2 needs some balls to get through the track at full speed, so I'm currently at a low 3:05, but I haven't driven on Akina for so long. :lol:

:lol: it was mostly down to my soft as hell Anti roll bars i had on the old setup that held it back a bit
 
The full lap times don't really bother me that much. I'm more interested in the sector 3 times. Looking at last seasons entrants for T300, my car has been hovering within the 58 sec range.
 
I probably won't be able to do it tomorrow. I have to go to a friend's house because my parents have to work. I can definitely do it on the weekend, however.

Your old as hell 2000GT may have something to do with it as well. :lol:

Actually, Try it out the 2k GT is actually pretty quick for being almost 45(Me tinks) years old. Has Initial D taught you nothing? The cars age is meaningless. My new T200 has a Kinship with Iketani though. S13 Dia. Selection. The 2000gt broke the 120k cr. limit at 160k, though I did have one of them given to me as a gift lol but I'm not gonna worry about it.


BTW: Anyone wanting some extra cash on GT5 add GT5_DOWORK on your PSN I'll be running remotes to help my cousin get some creds and lvl to help support his drifting and my addiction to wierd cars and the more drivers involved the better.👍
 
I did up a 2000GT last I was on GT5. Was slow. Drove pretty nice, but slow. So much slow. It was also kept "restorable" (no weight reduction) so it was heavy but oh well.
 
^ mine was done to T200 specs meaning It has 199hp atm and has only up to stage2 weight and is brought down to 998kg. Now, by any means it's no track monster but for what it's worth it is a very fun car to drive. I have the tune posted in my garage it's the newest one.
 
We'll have to re-schedule the battle! My sincere apologies for being unable to show up, due to my internet going down. (It's 7:30 PM over here, and I've only been able to connect now.)

Simply put, my internet died for more than 12 hours.

We need to sort out a much more convenient time, if you guys won't mind. :ouch:

If nothing bad happens to my internet connection, I'm free from 6 AM - 6 PM Anyday (GMT +8). Since Rob will be at a friend's house, the weekend sounds good. 👍

Again, I'd like to apologize for my failure to show up.

Well, since Rob will be most likely available on the weekends (what time zone are you in, Rob? :lol:), is it possible to do this battle on Saturday/Sunday? Whichever results on all three of us showing up. :lol:

Also, I've tuned my MR2 recently (5 minutes ago, actually. :lol:). Managed a low 3:06 on the first attempt with the new set-up. :D

Hey Mat Remember the discussion we all had about judges judging their own cars. I was watching an episode of Touge Showdown. It seems Dori Dori had a car entered from his own shop that he had tuned himself.

Well, this showdown isn't "exactly" like it. Just "based" from it. 👍
 
I know I was merely pointing out that the real life counter part to us did in fact have a car from a judges shop.

Edit: Severely Disheartened, but some what proud. I Tuned up a T400 S15 and got it down to a 3:09.xxx on full lap and then bought an NSX and blew that time out of the water with no Mods :indiff: Too bad I can tune MR's to save my life lol

Remember when I said the replays automatically save? Well, I remember enabling the "Secret Menu" through HEX Editing, back in 2.11.

It allows me to choose the cars the A.I. use, automatically save replays, use any premium car (including DLC) in arcade mode, and many more features.

... The A.I. selection applies to seasonals too. :lol:

Thankfully, I've disabled it... Before I reverted the settings. :lol:

It be good if they officially added Auto-Save Replays, so I don't have to keep manually saving or forget to save the best race after I quit a finish event.
 
Tests went well, aside from a catastrophic failure of my skills in the very first round. :lol: I managed to spin the Ram.. are you proud of me, Hei? My Evo did a lot better than I expected.. briefly.
 
So, yeah. Battles went well, and the 86/FR-S battle resulted in a 3-way tie. :lol:

It's been a long time since I've last battled. :lol: Last I've checked, it was my losing streak at LoTS. :lol:

Videos will be uploaded tomorrow or the day after, depending on my schedule. 👍

Probably the most fun I've had in months. :lol:
