Qualifying is now open for this week's race. This will be the post that will be used for the qualifying results. It is going to be this Saturday at 7ET. It will be at the full Suzuka Circuit and will be an hour long race (TBA Laps)
This post here will detail the results, procedures and etc on how we do qualifying (See OP for more details). Qualifying is over and final 12 hours before the scheduled start of the race.
The chart below details the current qualifying standings. This will be updated as the week goes forth and when a new page is made I will quote this post

Like clockwork. Qualy sheet is all empty on a thursday. Come friday night thats when they all start filling up.. Noone wants to blink first.

Edit on another note havent heard from shagg on this. But have made a decision to have Alefin become a Admin or shall we say a steward for our league. If i am not on or cant get a hold of admins on list Alefin can qualify you now too. Thanks for the help Alefin. 👍

Don't sell that subie short. Its the only subie I will drive, well except the new BR-z, and that's because it's the only subie that doesnt drive like one; instead, it does this innovative thing called "turning" ;p
I just wish I could make the race so I could try to catch up in points. I think my championship hopes are pretty much dashed, missing the next two races and all. That makes four total. Oh well, just gotta win every race from here on out

well did a quick run and about 7 tenths faster right away in the premium rx7 and standard arta, running 204.1s consistantly right away. asked shagg if he didn't mind guys changing once if they haven't yet since these regs are new to us. IDK could be my tune who knows. Maybe the pure regs will be better for next season.

Well you said it yourself: some cars have advantages on some tracks and disadvantages on others. Suzuka lends itself toward the agile cars as opposed to the speedy one. The Celica is probably even quicker. I'm surprised no one is running it. I only run the Arta because I enjoy MRs more than anything else, and I like the way it drives. I joined the league not testing a single other car, so maybe I just got lucky o.O
As for the PURE regs; I don't think they do the cars justice. The IS350 is way too dominant, the Arta is lacking extensively, and the cars seem to have an hierarchy of their own still.

Maybe what we should do for next season dragon is test at each track on the schedule with only a handfull of cars and see how it works out.

Well every track where the sub was good I could equal times easily and then the other tracks I could run even times or better right away. Been that way for each track so far at least, thats just my experience with these regs so far. I've never changed cars before and wouldn't just because of one track, so I've given it some time. If more testing needs to be done I'd like to get others input and times for each cars if they wanna put some time into it, I know I will be too. I mean they're very close right now but could be better with maybe like added HP and take a turbo away or something along those lines. we'll see.

I've been kind of keeping track all season for like 4 or 5 of the cars, just to have more of a base to run off of for all the tracks.
