Qualifying is now open for this week's race. This will be the post that will be used for the qualifying results. It is going to be this Saturday at 7ET. It will be at Spa and will be an hour and a half long endurance race (TBD Laps)

This post here will detail the results, procedures and etc on how we do qualifying (See OP for more details). Qualifying is over and final 12 hours before the scheduled start of the race.

The chart below details the current qualifying standings. This will be updated as the week goes forth and when a new page is made I will quote this post

To qualify you can either PM a steward here on GTPlanet, post a post on here with a public room number for a steward to join, or if you are friends on PSN with a steward you can PM them on there. Below is the list of Stewards that can qualify you (as of now)

GT300 cars need a boost in numbers, so if you new guys don't have a preference to which class you want to drive, I would suggest the 300s. All of the regulated cars are free to choose from, and you aren't required to join the 300 class, but we would appreciate it if you did

Hey man, before you pop in that disc, make sure you backup your save data.

I could be wrong, but I don't think your game save will be compatible with the different version of the game. Worst case scenario is that it will overwrite your original game save.

Been doing seasonals in a Golf R and Honda S2000, actually pretty fun. I got enough to buy a Yellowhat, but Im still level 17, I need to be 20!
While I was in the dealership I noticed other GTR's though, like the Clarion one, why don't we have those in our championship?

The Clarion runs on different tires and is down right POOP. And the other
Standard GT-Rs are so off it would take a lot of work to get them competitive. If I had my PS3 I would get on and just send you a Yellowhat. Save you some trouble.

Ah, Im not too familiar with Super GT cars, just watched a few races. All I know is they're really high end stuff.
I take it that each team does it's own "in house" development instead of control parts, resulting in cars with different characteristics?
