Is anyone gona open a room for us all to qualify? I dont think anyone has yet have they? Lets get this show on the road

Anyone here want to be upgraded to GTRRL qualifying steward? It seems that Mike has now gone back to work and won't be readily available to qualify people anymore.

Just now got this info so need to find someone quick...

alright. Given the unknown status of the stewards this week, worst case scenario, the qualifying deadline may be moved closer to the race. Not fair to you guys that our stewards are busy.

I just made Benny a steward (benny1342 psn) to help. He said he'll be available till 7ish to help. After that Panoz should be available and Dragon said he'd be on closer to midnight. King should be on in there sometime too.
 
If you guys have a good amount of eachother together in one room. You guys can qualify eachother. Just know how we do qualifying and know the room settings
 
Im officially removing the deadline until 5pm ET tomorrow. Still try to find a steward by tonight but worst case scenario, have tomorrow.

Sorry about this. Next week, ill get my stewards more organized 👍

Shagg said it would be ok to qualify each other so you guys should open a room and run your qualifiers together. Just make sure the room is set up correctly. I'll be on later to qualify also, but might be able to jump in to watch others aswell. Just post the room number.

If you ran qualifying as a 4 lap race, at least you could save a replay for a steward to review if needed, which could open up the basic stewarding to all drivers maybe. Might make things a little easier?

EDIT : Pretty disappointing guys :(. I can't qualify now as I'll be sleeping and working through the new deadline. Maybe a 15 minute qualifying session before the race? That being said, not sure if I'll race as it's been quiet here, so I don't expect many on the grid.

Well, I'm not sure what's up. I was on from 9 to 10 last night, and no stewards were available. Last week at the same time we had 5 people qualifying. I didn't see the qualify yourself post until now. 15 minute quali session sounds pretty good to me.

Its always quiet on this thread and last week there was a good turn out.

Andyway if anyone wants to qualify eachother or if a steward is able to get on for a few, let me know

That's true, but at least most had qualified. This week, not a single qualifier that I can see.

A decision will need to be made about qualifying for this round now. No point in anyone doing a normal qualifying run if there is going to be a 15 minute Pre-race session.

if no one is gonna be available before 5pm, I just ran 2 laps and took a pic and will post that on the facebook page. dont know if it will matter but ill try since no one is getting on
 
If we don't get any stewards on to qualify people by 5pm I'm going to consider suspending action until I can get my admin staff more organized. Going into the series we only had 2 consistent stewards to help qualify but they have now become swamped.

I left the series in the hands of Mike but he's now possibly too busy to run the series on his own. Series won't be cancelled but may be delayed a week to get everything organized better. Everybody is here to race but hard to race when you can't get with anybody to qualify... lol
 
Sorry guys im in process of moving and just went back to work this week and have been swamped. And to top it off my son's bday party is Saturday so trying to get moved and work and try getting everything together for party is really getting stressfull at the moment. I apologize for the inconvenience guys. I was hoping others would have been able to qualify you guys i just have not had the time.

Im free almost all day everyday dude until later in the year when my work opens back up or unless I find another job
 
I'll set up a room guys. I say 'the show must go on'!!

Qualifying will be a 15 minute session prior to the race.

18 laps, pit window between 6 and 12.
