There's the '03 SVT F-150 Lightning, but no such thing as an SVT Raptor.

Rule 1:
Provide hints regularly. This way you'll keep up the interest.

Never ask people if they need a hint. Provide them after X amount of guesses/after X time or when you can see they have literally no idea what you're looking for.

Semi-mad guess: Dodge Neon ACR / R/T?

Well, the first part of riddle says the car is made by a specific material. Although this car is made of exactly the same as a regular car, "neon" is more than just flashing light beneath the chassis of your average riced Civic hatchback. It is an element found in group 18 ("noble gasses") of the periodic table.
Although I do not have an answer to the second half of the initial riddle, there was apparently a convertible version of the Neon as well, which could fit with the roadster-hint. Finally, as evidenced above, an ACR version of the Neon also existed, linking it directly with the other ACR cars, including the monstrous Viper SRT10 ACR.
And now @FilipinoGTUser1 will tell me I'm wrong
