They corvette c6 was used in gt2 in Europe
Many people compare the Corvette with the porsche 911
The LS3 that was used in the Corvette was used in the HSV GTS in Australia, and this was exported under the name the Vauxhall Monaro Bathurst edition to england, with a added supercharger, which Hammond Loved.
Pretty self explanatory.
The car was raced by Boris Said in Grand-am in america for about 5 years.
In a top gear australia episode, they were testing the car, and they could only get to 3.7 seconds to the 100, but they where changing gears, they read the manual, and learn't that they didn't have to change gears, as they could go to 107KPH in 1st! They ended up with 3.2 seconds

Because of the N/A power it give that car a very good cornering speed vs the turbo n Honda are known for how good there car is it was forgotten because in 1995 the Mclaren win the 24h of le mans n cars like the Nsx went into the shadows. And 1 of the driver of the GT2 Nsx is Keiichi Tsuchiya or the Drift King if u under stand the other name better n the car was from Gran Turismo 1 too
