I'm guessing he means a time period of chasing as in the "chase the rabbit" style of GT5 & 6. The only problem with that riddle is that it can mean a lot of cars.

Guys you better make sure you can answer the riddle before NT_03 can guess and correct the riddle because I have a bad feeling if NT_03 is the moderator of this.

No. Listen to this @NT_03 I have a bad feeling if you win mod spot. But however in some cases for example, rallymorten won and he has a position already, so we'll change positions then me as semi mod and morten as mod.
