Jetstream Sam is barely having cybernetics unlike Raiden am I right @MrUnknown Also unless your Weegee virus is like FOXDIE, you can't turn Sam into Weegee.

Also, for Armstrong, you can't just give the Weegee virus, even if he succumbs to the virus, his nanomachines will just get rid of it. :then Armstrong will rip Weegee into pieces and stomps him.:
