Indeed, there has never been a Logan, let alone a Dacia with this design.

According to my brief research, it's a 2008 computer drawing suggesting how an upcoming "Logan SUV" might look, since a Dacia SUV prototype had been sighted in Scandinavia around that time. The SUV turned out to be the current Duster, looking nothing like the drawing, and it's not a real car anyway. If you take a closer look, you can see the guy who made the spy illustration took the headlights off a Nissan Qashqai
