What do you mean by "All the clues are there for manufacturer and model"?
 
Enough clues have been provided, one way or another, to guess the exact car.

Indeed, there has never been a Logan, let alone a Dacia with this design.

According to my brief research, it's a 2008 computer drawing suggesting how an upcoming "Logan SUV" might look, since a Dacia SUV prototype had been sighted in Scandinavia around that time. The SUV turned out to be the current Duster, looking nothing like the drawing, and it's not a real car anyway. If you take a closer look, you can see the guy who made the spy illustration took the headlights off a Nissan Qashqai ;)
