Still nope.

Hint: After giving the "position" to the person we know of, he spats on the dead person he hates the most by doing the thing that the dead person liked to do when he's still alive.

Shadow of Mordor?

Only game I know of where a new enemy would take over the position (as in army ranks) after you kill one of their superiors.

Nope.

Hint: The game's setting takes place in a city in which a well known hurricane that caused a lot of damage.

Bingo. Correct answer.

The riddle I made is referring to the choice you make in the ending. Either stay and die or leave the city with the leadership being given to someone which leads to the first hint.

The first hint I gave is referring whom are you going to give the leadership to when Lincoln disappears or something? Are you going to give up your leadership to the crazy woman (Cassandra)? the washed up person (Burke)? Or the person we all knownsince (Vito)?

The second hint refers to the ending in which Vito becomes the leader when Lincoln disappears.

And the last hint refers to Hurricane Katrina hitting New Orleans in which New Bordeaux is based off.

Well I'm just gonna give up my turn to anyone except for same users I mentioned before when I'm giving my turn to anyone.

You got it. The quote "Every hit blazes the path to our reclamation" is the description of an Exotic sniper rifle No Land Beyond. A reference to a World War 2 Red Army sniper and his quote about there being "No land beyond the Volga river".

The quote is also symbolic of the series' central theme of the Last City constantly at war with the Darkness that consumes the Earth. Every enemy killed is a step towards taking Earth back.

You learn something new everyday. I've watched one or two trailers, but have never played the game so know very little about its lore.

"The war seemed to unfold in the blink of an eye."
