It is Lwow Street Circuit. Used for Gran Prix races in the early 1930s.

Try to rename the image so it doesnt include any clue, it would be better ^^ On the Brno one, if you do save as, the name of the track is in the name of the file.

Strange coincidence had led me to an article about that track like a day ago, so when I saw the pic I was like "That looks familiar......"

Anyways, here's my track:

Not officially open yet, but it has hosted several events already and will be hosting SCCA action this April. More hints will follow if it hasn't been guessed in 24 hours (but it really should be...)
