Stab in the dark, is it Brno? As in the original version. No idea about what corner or year.
 
I kind of want to say bathurst, but it's just a guess.

Well that corner used to be gravel, but since the photo shows it paved I would say it's fairly recent. I know they pretty much have that whole road paved by now...

You know what, I live right next to the site of the circuit. Though as you know now it has been demolished for housing area... A shame though :(
