Just wanted to pop by, and say you've got a creepy sick :sly: amount of tunes already here. I very much doubt I'll need to go anywhere else if I need a quick setup or I'm doing this >> :banghead: with my own setups... which is usually most of the time.

Keep up the good work. :)👍

Cool - thanks Andy :D Curious to see what you think of the tunes, a friend used the RX7 type R on SS and reckoned it transferred over to more grippy tyres quite well..

Hope you enjoy them, and as always - thanks for feedback

👍

OK, I'll post a revised LMS setup, but I cheated and used sports soft at the front, which helps immensely with the balance. This, or using ballast, are the best ways to get these things vaguely 'race-able'... Although, I think it might be more work than is worth to incorporate into a series...

Hello, Highlandor---

I raced the Challenger last night in a multi-class race at Sarthe, worked out great, good stuff as usual. Now to the R8, thanks a lot for turning out a tune so quick! I will be running the '12 models so ill let you know how it works out for me, im sure the tune should transfer from '09 to '12? Also I wanted to let you & other racers know, I always run racing softs with your tunes- 1350KG @ 552HP (GT3/2/TC only) Just for reference. In this case the ballast will help for the R8. (+100KG -- ballast position -50) Is how I run it to get the distribution to 48:50. Again, thanks for all the tunes & how quick this R8 one came out I will report back soon & I hope my info about GT3 is helpful.

Thanks again!!!

Hi Gurizzi

Cool the setups work on RS tyres, chuffed about that, didn't think they'd work aswell :D

Don't think the setups will transfer across from the Audi R8s, I'm pretty sure at least one of them has a totally different spring min / max value..by al mean try it though, but pretty sure it won't.

The ballast might help to balance the car out, not sure as never use it, if I get time I'll see..

The Challenger was wierd, it went where you wanted it to go, but just had a weird feel about it,maybe I can look at it again and see if it can have a better feel.. 👍

Hi Highlandor,

About the Shelby GT500 I think sports medium tyres should be okay and for the PP, well, not above 600 for sure but I wouldn't mind lower if you think it makes the car more enjoyable to drive.
Do as you like and thank you. :))

Tried your S2K '06 tune for the TT, managed to do a 1.42.8xx after few tries, really good a bit understeering in the fast corner but nothing else more.
