Yes, setup not as good as it could be - these were my first gen setups for GT6, haven't managed to revise them to better newer spec yet, so these setups are a bit soft..

Could you do a 0 kgs ballast setup for the Ford GT40 Mark 1 '66 please? I'd like to use it in a higher PP race. Thanks.

Yep, bit snowed under at the moment, but will try and do this ASAP, but might be a few days at least...

Great tune Andy!! Absolutely perfect for me, didn't have to mess with it at all. Mine is tuned to 425pp and on cs tires and it is quick but very planted and consistent. Keep up the good work.

Cool, good luck with your race :D

If you're struggling to get heat in the tyres, reduce camber to 0.0..... Let us know if you manage to beat any of the boring cheat-cars :sly:

I would love to see some tunes for the GT300 Base machines. Tires: Racing Hard, Circuits: Japanese World Courses (Fuji, Suzuka, Tsukuba) 518PP, 364 max HP 1050 Min weight. Tuning allowed within those confines. Would that be possible? I hope to promote a GT300 series in a couple months and want to test performance. I have a couple of my own tunes but I need a benchmark to test against. I have been using the stock tune on the BRZ Base GT300 as my benchmark up to this point.

GT300 setups now posted - alot of these cars are so good as stock, it's difficult to improve, so just tried to make cars have more flexible ride i.e. handle bumps, height changes mid corner etc a bit better..

NOTE:

This car can change dramatically depending on tyre/track/driver combination, probably moreso than most other cars.

Setup (above) is middle ground for lower grip tyres/tracks, if using higher grip scenario and car understeers, try changing;

General all round understeer, any/all:
Front compression to '2'
Rear toe to+0.10
Front brakes to 4

Lift off understeer:
Rear LSD braking sensitivity - lower by '5' at a time until it feels abut right, then fine tune by +/-1 or 2

This car use to have huge amounts of oversteer for me. Especially at the dreaded Ascari track. This tune solved it for me.

Thank you very much.

Cool, many thanks for the feedback, good to see the setup helping... If you need any adjustments on the setups - don't be afraid to ask 👍

i oddly enough i put Pirano's GT5 GT300 GARAIYA tune on it an it surprisingly works but i haven't tested it at trial mountain yet so it could be a bit :S

I am currently using a zero-ballast, no wing GT 5 tune for the Lamborghini Miura, and its not too bad, but I'd really like to have a zero-ballast GT 6 tune to compare to it and to compare to the +200 kg one to see how much difference there is. The Miura is an awesome car!
