Carl.
No. 🤬 referees.

If you're talking about the Koivu incident, whatever...

I need to say that Koivu is not a big player this year. I saw him falling down on the ice everytime he was making the face-off... He didnt scored for **** this year... I mean, Koivu is not a big card for the playoffs, but Ryder, Bulis and Kovalev are...

TONIGHT, 4TH MATCH, WE GONNA WIN !!!!

GO CRISTOWAAAAAAAAALL HUET !!!

I'm talking about the ****ing blind referee not giving them an obviously deserved 4 minutes penalty for something that happened RIGHT IN HIS FACE and almost made our captain lose an eye, and yet giving us a 4 minutes penalty when something similar (but without consequences that time) happened AT THE END OF THE FRIGGIN 3RD PERIOD.

The last penalty we had, which made us lose the game, wasn't deserved at all, and for christ's sake seconds earlier Bouillon was cross-checked, and they "saw nothing".

Dan Marouelli is a friggin asshole who should retire.

:grumpy:

all 4 refs were supposed to be cut but they've received the "benefice of the doubt" so...

whatever... In my opinion, Koivu = not a big lost...

Well, he wasn't bad in the last two games, but the main thing is that we lost a that one and we shouldn't have, we've dominated them for most of the game. They can thank Ward and the refs for saving their asses.

What do you mean by the refs supposed to be cut?

The board told that if any refs were not calling what is supposed to be called, these refs would be cut (not fired but cut out for ....)

Since those 4 didnt called the Koivu incident, those 4 refs were supposed to be cut, but they have the benefice of the doubt.

For the game tonight,

Kovalev needs to wake up cause during the last game he looked asleep...

Souray gotta shot alittle more cause he could make the score go up with his blueline powershot...

Rivet made a mistake against Brind'Amour over the goal in 3rd period. If you look close you could say that Rivet made the goal because it looked like his stick was touching the puck when Brind'Amour scored. Gotta work on that...

Zednik should stop trying to go behind the net like he always try to do cause he never success to do it. Gotta be working in front of the goalie like he did in the first match to block the view.

Patience and discipline is the key.

Thats my match's plan :)

Well, Dallas still scored an average of 3 goals per game, that's not an exceptional performance from Theo.

Anyways, I think the final nail will be put on the coffin in a few hours. :(

There's a good side to all of this: our main commentator for the series on the french sport network RDS(TSN), Pierre Houde, is also covering Formula One. He's doing a great job in both cases, but his replacement for the last GP sucked, very badly. At least we'll get a decent commentary for the next one. :D

Jesus, you guys aren't very confident in your team, a 3-2 deficit in a series is hardly impossible to overcome. I really hope the Habs win, as I can't stand the Hurricanes. Detroit is also out, which makes me happy as a clam, all I need now is for Buffalo to lose.

It's not impossible, but it just seem very unlikely, especially if they play like they did in the last two games. We won the first two games thanks to Gerber, but now that Ward replaces him that's another story. I still think we should have won the 3rd one, though. (no, I'm still not over it)

And perhaps Koivu didn't have much points, but he was quite good at making opportunities happen for Ryder and Higgins, and despite early optimistic reports, it doesn't look like he'll be back any time soon.

@MugenVTEC: it's not like I find that offensive, but you might want to rethink your user title / location combo, just in case a mod's having a bad day. Just a thought.

Interesting. Yesterday, the Flames' official site declared "Flames take a commanding 3-2 series lead". Clearly, the Ducks would be so down and out, they'd surely lose game 6

The goaltending in this series was outstanding. Cam Ward and Chris Huet; benchwarmers never get to play, right? :sly:
