Well, goannas (Cobraboy, goannas are a type of monitor) go for the largest thing they see, then crawl up it and clamp down with their teeth, and my being 6 foot 4, I didn't think it such a good idea to go cruising up to Mister Goanna and try to pick it up, so I grabbed a broom and swept it out. They don't damage property, though!
