ok so warning. With the wheel, I might as well be a drunkard on the touge until I get used to this.

You'll get better. I was ok-ish on my wheel at first, the only thing that I still find hard to master is drifting with my G27. It'd be easier if the handbrake wasn't a button on the wheel. (I need a mod one.) Practice makes perfect with wheel driving.

Don't worry, I still am after months  I'm pretty good unless I get some oversteer, then its K.O. with fatality :banghead:  as Kaza said practice is all we need! I whish I didn't have to set it up and pack it back in its box every time I want to play..I need to get a wheel stand :mischievous:

But when you catch it correctly it feels so good :D I was driving a Huayra around Fuji on sh tired, coming out of the first corner I got it into a slide so majestic I started laughing like an idiot haha

oh you should hear me with the nsx on nurb, I get random snap oversteer, then when I countersteer my finger hits the horn, and I start laughing hysterically at the situation.

Well, depending on how you approach it, and the corner length. I usually do brake drifting though, it's a ton more easy for beginners. (Well, from my experience it is.)

I'd also recommend practicing in a S13 Silvia or 180SX, they are easy to get used to.

I might be, but I got a ton of new games for Christmas! I finally completed my TXR lineup with TXRD1. Been playing that mostly all yesterday with a Galant VR4 dominating everything on Hakone and Haruna. :sly: I eventually named it "The Evolution's cousin"

Happens to me a lot, I randomly beep the horn and laugh  also the handbrake can be useful sometimes but I usually practice brake drift and inertia drift  I'm still pretty bad though

On TXRD2, I started with a CR-X and I raced it alot. I was racing it in hokkaido too.

Guy I need to know something, how many of you play GTA V online on ps3? Because Rock star just added snow over Los Santos and it would be nice to do some snow drifting/touge runs

I would recommend practicing drifting with the Impreza rs type v, at a 50/50 weight and 25-30/70-75 split it drifts like a welded dif S13, with the safety of AWD

No suspension or anything?
Racing hard suspension and your golden, I use it a lot along with the SXE10. For the most part, just braking into the corner will do it. Personally that's how I like my cars to drive, so it may not be for everyone.

@KazaMR2 Two witnesses reported the RUF Yellowbird hitting 205 at its current spec.

Suggested spec:

435 HP / 1350 KG. Thanks to @Vic Reign93 for the find and the spec test.

Turn down power a lot man, I usually drifted with 350hp, already not huge figures, now I'm practicing with outputs from 190 to 250, you don't need a lot to slide your car :)
