Also will there be someone reminding which category the lobby is running? I do use most car ppl are familiar but i also use odd models some ppl rarely use [or that i have seen being used]
Hi there!! Welcome
To find the Club lobby, you need to join the online club through the GT6 community menu. Once joined, fins the "Club Lobby" tab, and go from there.
As for "what spec the lobby is running", that is not super important, at least not yet. The club is still quite young, so many members are still in a feeling out process - testing the specs, finding cars they like, etc. It's very common to see cars from multiple specs on the track at the same time.
Currently, the only major "split" that occurs is between the disciplines, ie, Touge, Wangan, and Drift. This will usually be announced when someone is making the room, and you'll be able to tell sort of what's going on by the room name, as well as location (Touge on the mountain tracks, Wangan on the highway tracks, etc)
The weekday lobbies are very casual, and have recently been focused on testing the new specs. Thus, the regulations have been more open, and it's a more "run what ya brung" attitude, although it's all friendly, so everyone usually ends up in similar cars.
The Events which take place on the weekends are more organized, and usually have more specific guidelines.
Also, try not to double post, the mods on this site frown upon it. Use the edit feature to add to your previous post.
Edit: Wangan Lobby up right now.
The highway is looking really quiet tonight, I hope a few racers show up
Edit 2:
Nothing much to report, a rather quiet night on the Wangan. I did come across the odd racer, one in a Supra, another in an older Z31 Fairlady.
Highlight of the night was a couple good scraps with a red NSX on white TE37Vs. The NSX driver seemed much quicker through the corners.
High speed corners are the weekness of my big Skyline Sedan, but I feel she still has more to offer if I can get her set properly. Ahh, the joys of fine tuning
