Has Anyone Figured Out How to get Brake light trails??

I really want to make some light trails from the brake lights of the cars. Usually in real life, it is done by lowering the shutter speed to a very long amount of time so the camera catches a long stream of light. On the other hand, the GT5 camera can be very sharp, but how can I make the only the lights blurry, the car slightly sharper and the background is blurred. This seems very hard to do so I was wondering if anyone figured it out. If so, please post some pictures down below!!!

There's no way of getting a realistic light blur using slow shutter speeds in GT5. The only time the shutter speeds seem to work realistically is during Photo Travel (Falling leaves and rivers blur realistically). People usually add them in Photoshop.
