Well the fight of the year is almost here. Obviously Im cheering for Hatton. Who do you think will win the fight?

Hatton has the upper hand in support and motivation but Mayweather has him in boxing ability/style. If Mayweather wins it will probably be by points. If the fight is going Hatton's way he could win by a KO I think.

Well I'm rooting for Hatton, but I think that 7 inch greater reach for Mayweather will be the difference. It should go the distance, I predict that Mayweather wins in a split-decision.

I'm definitely rooting for Hatton, I think he can win this one but I think it depends on if he can keep in Mayweathers face for the whole fight. If Mayweather manages to get a bit of distance he have a good chance to give Hatton a good battering.

Hatton needs to get a big shot in early. With Mayweather's weak hands he needs to keep the punches coming. He has the fitness and he can do it, but i cant see a KO.

Heres to a good fight 👍

(shame its on so early/late)

Hatton to win I think but it'll be close and very hard work for him. He just seems to want it more from the build up I've seen. Mayweather looks like blingtastic muppet.

Hatton of course, but only because I've spent the last few days drinking in all the British press' propaganda.

Hopefully, my dad will get it on box office tonight :D

Mayweather is one of the more dominating boxers that I have ever seen. Looks like he did it again last night with a KO in round 10.

The problem is that he knows that too and his head is huge.

Oh well, I didn't think Hatton was going to win anyway, but there's now the question of what he does now... Lennox Lewis is saying that he should retire, but it has also been suggested that he drops down a weight and rebuilds from there.

I thought he was fighting above his regular weight anyway?

I say his "regular" weight, but Hatton is well known for putting on 3 stone in between fights. I think he'll gain weight in Maradona proportions as and when he retires.

I tihnk the ref was shoking, he wouldn't le Hatton fight close for any periods long enough to gain momentum and then he docked him points for hitting Mayweather on the back of the head when the punch never touched him.

I wanted Hatton to win but I know he was the underdog, it's a pity that the ref was biased, especially that he was biased toward the fighter who was already fave to win it. I'm not saying Hatton would have won it with a 100% neutral ref, but the ref was poor and did have an influence on the fight.

WOW! thats was some knock down!... oh well Hatton just didn't pull it off on the night, would have loved to have seen the fight :indiff:... maybe Hatton will call for another match (rematch) next year!

In a boxing match mayweather will run rings around hatton all day long. In a street fight id go with hatton. Dont think there will be a rematch as it wasnt exactly a close fight.

I'd have liked to have seen a boxing match where Hatton was allowed to get up close, it's not like it's against the rules for him to do so or anything. Everytime he did the ref kept pulling them apart, Hatton wasn't doing anytihng wrong, he was just trying to fight his style. By doing that the ref was taking away Hattons strong point and letting Mayweather fight his way. Like I said, I'm not saying Hatton would have won if the ref was fair, but unfortunately he wasn't and anything beyond that is speculation, but the ref made a difference.
