So, I have decided to make a car review thread, to help pepole mabye finding a new car to drive and perhaps a little entertainment for you in a Top Gear inspirated style. I have myself driven car games since the age of 6, when the original Ridge Racer for the PS1 came out, and liked it so much, I stuck with it to this day. I do have some real life experience with cars, both driving and doing mechanical work on them, so I know myself around a vehicle.
The tests will be done both on the well known Top Gear test track, along with camino Viejo Extreme circuit to even it out a little. Along with performance review, I will add a little history and how the car is in terms of fun, so this is by no means a "super serious car review thread".
Well, I guess that is about it, so lets throw it out there! Here is Episode 1!

Hello, and welcome to my very first episode of HCR! We have lots of fun lined up for you all, so don't switch that channel! Or thread.. or.. yeah, you get the point!
I am very exited about doing this review series, mainly because it can put me in cars I have never dreamed about driving. And on that note, I have recently gotten myself into this:
The mercedes SL65 AMG Black Edition! I headed down to France to take it for a spin, and my god what a car! With over 660 BHP and 750 LB-FT this car really packs a punch.
It drives beautifully, and even with that power, it is very composed, though it looks like it's taken right out of the DTM series and slapped on some road legal tires. The problem with it rather is the luxurious interior, and sound proofing Germans love a bit too much in my opinion. It's like sleeping in a king size bed, inside a F-16 fighter jet. You think you are in your cozy home, but in reality you are raging away at over 1 billion miles per hour. It's just not right.
So, if you love a business car, that can blast past the Audi your snooty boss by just gently blowing the gas pedal, and can take a speeding fine or twenty, this is a car for you. But if you are planning on taking something it to a track.. just don't, you will end up in a wall, and the hospital bill will be larger than the car itself.
And now to the news. As you all probably already have found out, Turn 10 are releasing a massive Porsche pack in May. It promises enough cars for any Porche nut to have fun for months, along with a couple of new events we all can enjoy.
And the title update have gone live! The new level limit are now 999, and Turn 10's spokesperson have told the public that the 150 limit was a bit low, due to players being more active than they anticipated, and now they have raised the cap so we can all have a insanely high goal to make, which probably just 0.001% of the community can dream of reaching, before the next forza game is released. Some online bugs are also fixed, giving us all a more stable experience.
And as promised, I have tested a couple of SUV's, and the results are a bit intriguing.
