Last week's winner, LGForce, provides the theme:

While both sides of this week have been seen
in this competition before, they were never against
one another. Two competition-minded wheel makers,
using Photo Travel only, square off this week.

Photo Travel. That's it.

There will be two polls at the beginning of every week.
Each poll will have a top ten for that "competitor".
These polls will last for five days.
A final poll containing the winners from both polls will last 2 days.
You must post your final entry in red letters, ex. “Final Entry”.
Previews may be used, but may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels.
You may have two HM's if a preview image is not used.
You may change your Final Entry once (make it clear you did).
Do not use an entry from a previous competition.
Only one entry may be submitted, and it must be uploaded using Imageshack.
Photoshop adjustments and filters:
Crop, Resize, Levels,
Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation,
Blur filters, Noise filters, Sharpen filters
Tools:
Type tool, Sharpen tool, Burn tool,
Dodge Tool, Blur tool, Smudge tool,
Clone Stamp Tool (for removing watermark),
Adding a border/text

Correct, i am led to believe this is not allowed, i remember someone being pulled up for it in previous weeks, was it you 440?. anyway, slip can clarify.

ANYONE that doesnt cut & paste rims in motion can throw the first stone.... theres no difference in my opinion.. A cool shot is a cool shot.. AN SLR Just looks better on 20's

No way those are real rims, they are GT4 stuff all right. The question is, can you get that effect by fitting race wheels and lowering suspension to bottom? Either way, those look bit too big for my taste. I've voted for DO's photos more times than I can remember, but me thinks this time I'll pass.

EDIT: Well then, I think the rule is you can't add stuff to photo that is not already there. Not sure thought how you should read that rule in this situation.
