I haven't seen a wing I like for the car yet. 996.1 GT3 taco wing is cool, but not period correct. 996.2 GT3 wing is too flat. Ducktail looks odd on this body imo.That sits freaking perfectly :wow:
Very keen to see where you take it from here... Gotta say, a whale tail would make my heart smile
The company that built that one does do a retro take on it too. Fuchs wheels, Pasha seat trim etc. If I ever came into a bit of money I'd be on the phone to them pretty quickly.I'm not sold on it. Maybe if it had more of a retro theme.
Ideally I'd like to get the front bumper from M's Machine Works.I've been following along here and on Instagram, the car looks great at the moment. Will you be doing any styling to the front at the same time? If it was me I'd hold off adding a wing until I can get the front looking equally aggressive.
@roughempire@Heldenzeit whats your Instagram?
Both the Turbo and C4S are a lot wider, so they actually don't share engine lids nor tail lights. Car will probably be wingless until my skill level on track dictates one.
C4S FTW.
It's just different enough to not work.I thought the widebody width only comes from the widened quarter panels and tail lights, while the engine lid opening are the same across the models, NB or WB.
Maybe. Going to buy a spare rear bumper to cut up and see what's possible with rerouting the exhaust.Slap a center exit exhaust on that bishhh

Yes, absolutely once I find a spare.Have you considered something similar to what you did to the Miata rear bumper?
Getting brake fade even on canyon roads. It's a bit scary on track! Need to upgrade pads too.Those are massive! That will help a lot with bringing air in.
