I didn't know you could reset a car to 0/0/0 using these tools, but will it reset the hp and all like it was a ticketed car. Or its like using a reset coupon?

To be honest I've only saw one 0/0/0 hax car so far and it was obvious. Folks seems to be way more interested in getting the hp cap rather than leaving them stock.

It resets the engine wear and chassis just like the OCD.
You can even change the paint, change what day the UCD is on and make the cars like new. Therefore taking the rarity out of them.

Oh darn, that's weak. Added to the borrow thing you don't get much left for the old schooler collectors. Hope for the best, maybe PD will fix this .. eventually :scared: Until then, take care 👍

To be honest I kind of felt the same way when the restoration tickets were introduced, when I learned that some people I was trading with were using them to restore UCD cars I felt the pristine-ness wasn't there anymore and if I knew they were UCD cars originally I wouldn't accept them. (This is not referring to you by the way.)

If you want to put up all my trades online then please do, I'm happy to cut the waiting time too. :crazy:

Done, thanks for that. 👍 For the record I only use the permanent borrow app its simply an easier way of doing it than "traditional" sponging and takes minutes instead of hours, saves time and electricity. Personally I collect cars, not tickets. If I were collecting green tickets then obviously things would be different.

I never did do the sponging thing but the new way is a lot easier. I was always kind of scared to do it the old way lol.

Let me know if you need any more cars from that account as it is not being used too much. All cars that do not have anything in parenthesis such as 667 or GTP are on that account. Sorry for the double post, stupid phone.

I'll have a look, thanks. 👍 It'd probably have to be a perma-borrow though as I'm booked for a long time in the traditional manner...

N.B thinking about it, green ticket cars can't be hex edited because the car has to be "physically" in the garage and opening the ticket destroys its, er, green-ness. Restored UCD cars can never be green ticket-ed either. Perhaps thats the way to go for collectors? 💡

Agreed ..and it's not ruined if you and some GTP members do a good old fashioned photo cruise with their new and improved cars.. (not the ridiculously powered cars..but some that are more stylized rather than enhanced on steroids)

The limit shouldn't apply anymore as it doesn't require GT 1.05 anymore. It can be gotten working on a Mac apparently if you know what you're doing, someone mentioned it on a thread somewhere or other.

I think I know what I am doing, i just don't see myself going to buy a new HD and Windows system just to grab a few bits of binary code in the color and shape of a car:indiff: anyway thanks for the tip 👍
