Welcome to GTP Drift forum.
Firstly, if your still learning then look for a 370z or M3 and go to the drift setting depot to help you. Second of all, try joining a drift team rather than making one and thirdly, work on your steering finesse. I saw your vid's and the wheels doing a fair bit of waggling. Kepp sensitivity how you like but thing to be smoother

My advice would be, don't start a drift team if you are still learning. I would say, hang out with other teams. Honestly we welcome new drifters and love new people to drift with. I'm sure teams like BURST & D-Max do too.

Also check out the Beginners Guide for information on how to help you improve. :)
