Help Buying DFGT in Canada

I'm trying to buy a Driving force GT in Canada but I checked and the only store supplying it was BestBuy for $170!!!!! Which was to much of a cost. Where else could I buy this wheel for $130 max? (EB.com sells it for $129.99, but EB in Canada does not sell wheels for games, my reaction: WHAT THE 🤬 ). Any help?

LOL how much would that cost? $140! I should just waste my money at best buy... Everybody else gets it cheap but I guess in Canada we pay double!! 💡

Edit: I just checked Gamestop USA and there is no shipping allowed for Driving Force GT looks like I will have to go to the US smuggle a Steering wheel through the border to save $50, I think it's quite worth it. Any other suggestions?

In Mexico, the DFGT is sold at $2500 MXN which as of the exchange rate of 07/01/10 is the equivalent of $191.71 USD.

This is the reason I haven't bought one for myself, believe me, I'd pay the $140 any day of the week.

Unless you want to cross the border and buy it in the US that would be another way.

You can find someone in the USA that can buy it and send it to you. I guess if the cost difference makes it worth it. You'd have to send them the money via paypal and then trust them too.

According to pricegrabber they have the best price.

Otherwise there's a sale on REFURBISHED G27/DFGT at BTE.

Never dealt with them before though ... and I don't know if it includes pedals

You should probably sign-up for the RFD newsletter or follow the forums. I grabbed a DFGT around 1yr+ ago for around $100 total from Dell.ca (free shipping).

There was one more place I had to check, London Drugs, and I really got my hopes up!! (They had 5 wheels). Then as I got closer I picked it up and saw the price tag, a heart stopping $200.00.



(EDIT): Problem solved, I went to best buy online and they had a Canada Day Special so I got the wheel for $135!!! Rather then $180!
