Help Thread For San Fierro Missions

Its the one where you go to a boat on a heli maning the gun and then you rescue some people trapped in a container. I hate that I lost my guns and stuff when the heli exploded. Theres no way around that is there?
 
No, you have to sneak for as long as you can and take their (enemys) weapons, I was spotted not too long after I started, after that I just went slowly and killed everything that moves. There is health and armour around the place a bit futher on. good luck.
 
Yeah I just beat it. That last guy was the easiest out of them all. I didnt let him finish what he was saying before I killed him. One slice was all I did.
 
I just sneak behind and knifed the first guy, grabbed his gun, took a little peak to see who was on the crates above and shot the guy on the Right. Took out anyone else that tried to kill me, but I didn't manage to get their guns, so I had fun killing the 2 guys on the other crates. I stabbed one to death, the other guy fell below me, so I grabbed the 1st guy's gun and blasted the other guy. I used Stealth to kill the rest and grabbed some health. The inside part is easy, until you hit the Rocket Launcher guy. I lost alot of Health from him, so I climbed the Crates and shot from above him. Used Manual aim to take his head off. I then used some more Stealth, and the last guy was easy. Two slices for him. Took his head off with the 2nd.

Then I high-tailed it out of there. I really loved that Mission.
 
Does anyone know where you find that Harrier type jet, referred to as teh VTOL somewhere on this forum? I've been trying to find it for a while but no luck. Also, do you know where place you Import cars from is? I've got all but two of the first tier exported but can't find the import place ..
 
The VTOL(Harrier) can be acquired at the military base in Las Venturas.You will also get one during the main story wich will then be available at the abandoned airfield.

As for your second question,what? :confused:

:lol: same place silly! You hit triangle to access the Import menu.

You're not in Las Venturas itself, but you've unlocked the third part of the game which includes Las Venturas. If you head east for a while you'll eventually hit Las Venturas.

I ****ing hate Zero's missions. There is no way to kill all the people AND get back to the shop on that single tank of gas... :banghead: stupid nerd
 
I still need a Euros! I got the Mesa. I've never seen a Euros.
Anyone who has, where, and what were you driving.
 
Hmmm.... I just finished San Fierro missions and don't recall that one "St Marks Bistro"--- am I gonna have to hit the "report" button.

Also, on Da Nang Thang--- After I released the people from the crate it said to kill everyone on the bridge-- I started to head out, turned around to look for some health and armor and bumped into the guy with the arrow...at the same time I heard an explosion and then it cut to them lowering the boats in the water and and I was in one of them.... Did I miss something??

I also had a small airplane crash into the ship on the way in the first time (I failed it that time)

Also, is the inport/export garage in SF?? I might have missed it...don't tell me where.

This is just a basic comment about LV--- I've only explored a short time (maybe 1/2 hour) but I've come across body armor in 4 or 5 different spots so far... was I just rediculously lucky??

Your in luck I found it, The only one I could find and even when you drive it no others pop up. Its like a one off.


I found it in Las Venturas, near the Pyramid casino. There is a couple roads that pass under that pharaoh thing, Under the pharaoh between the roads is where I found the Euros. Its not always there so you might have to comeback a couple times. It looks like a 300ZX (Z32). Did you end up find the Mesa at Verona beach?

BTW I finished the Import/Export.
 
I just finished reading through the entire thread and noticed that several people had problems with finding the "patriot"-- just so you know, I did Firefighter yesterday and (failed it several times before I finally passed it)-- anyway, by far, the most common car on fire was the Patriot-- so if you can't find one...do firefighter---

FYI-- I happened to do it down south of San Fierro-- I didn't like doing it on the hills of SF and wasn't very lucky in Los Santos-- but anyway-- start it down near "whetstone" and I bet you will see a patriot before level 5-- I'm guessing the location of where you do firefighter might influence the type of cars that spawn.

Just like Grand Theft Auto III, eh? Best way to get rare cars there was to do Firefighter.

I need to go check out the Euros.
 
You found the Mesa under that pharaoh thing?? Thats strange. oh well just check regularly.
 
Oh ok you quoted the whole thing and answered about the Mesa first, I forgot I asked you about where you found the Mesa.
 
I'm postin and playin R6:3 Black Arrow on Live at the same time, thats why I quoted the whole thing and misworded.
 
I'm having trouble with the "Photo Opportunity" mission, where you have to photograph the faces of the Ballas. I can't get a clear shot of the second bloke's face and I keep failing. :grumpy:
