Help tuning FTO '97

Could someone help me tune my fto up to its best stats. I really am useless at doing this and would appreciate some help.
p.s Could you tune it up with the best parts possibly available for this car

well its the only car i have. i cant afford to buy and upgrade a new one. I really need someone to help me with it though. Its always spinning and really hard to steer since i upgraded to turbo 3, i need that power though to win other races

Add some Traction control, soften up your front spring rate, soften the front dampers. Driving wise, I'd suggest going as deep as possible into corners and letting the front wheels pull you out of the corner.
