Help with f090/s

Ok,this isnt the only car I've noticed does this..but for this time..it's causing me to lose.

I'm running Test Course against some tough opponents and the f1 keeps slowing down and accelerating on it's own. A lot of times it drops to ~206mph and then the damn 787 passes me. Then 5s later it has a slight comeback when it finally shifts into 6th and goes up to about 220mph. This is shortlived because after a few seconds it slows down again to ~206mph, and the 787 is still ahead or passes me again.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried turning down all the slips and making the transmision wider but it didnt work. I also tried lowering TCS to lvl1.

Hi Hyperion
Sounds like you're still geared too low & hitting the Rev Limiter. Try raising the final drive ratio (That means going to a LOWER number) or widening your "Auto Set" even more. If you give your trans settings I'll try 'em out next time I've got GT3 fired up & see what's happening...UB57

That happens to me, I use my F094/H on test course too, and when a fast car passes me, my f1 goes crazy and speeds up so much! I find it very useful, because it helps me to pass the other cars!

Hi Hyperion,
Got your pen & pad ready??? I took a stock 090/S that I've only used to break out of tracks, changed the Auto Set to 45 & peaked out at 212 in 5th Gear!!! Changed to the following settings & upped speed a bit, then changed the oil & picked up 3-4 mph. Car now sustains 216 in corners & peaks @ 223 at end of straights. Best Lap of 2 run: 1'45.512. (This was on Arcade/Free Run w/out traffic.)

Forget all you know about handling!!! Treat this track as if it's a very long straight-away!!!

Camber.........................0 / 0
Downforce..................45 / .75
LSD ............................15/40/30 (Stock)
Trans............. All Stock, but only 6th really matters 1.101
Final ...........................4.062 (Stock)

what u experienced was draft u get behind a car and u have no wind to block u so youll go faster but when u try to pass a car again ur speed will slow down if u car cannot subtain that speed as an f1 cannot at 240 mph it will automaticly slow down

Hi Hyperion,
Just ran it, passed all the other cars before turn one & never saw them again. Most difficult thing was staying awake as I never lifted from the throttle. All lap times except the first 1'45.xxx. Winning margin over 787B +19.xxx seconds. You can always go back & win this one as it's necessary to get Gold to attain 100%. Hope this helped...UB57

omg I got like 3rd in cote d'azur cause I havent played it for sooooo long
