Help with "transfer failed"

So I created a track and transferred it last night no problems, did the test drive and saved it. Today I made a new track and am trying to transfer it, it keeps telling me transfer failed! Any help would be appreciated. I am using an iPad if that helps. Pinger

Everything's A-OK on my end:

In-game transfer is successful too. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 just in case it makes any difference.

Working great now uploaded 3 tracks with no problems. Maybe too many people trying at same time idk
