Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, and others in The Crew 2


According to early concept arts, Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, and others were originally meant to appear in The Crew 2, but sadly, Toyota was cut because Toyota started their exclusivity deal with Japanese racing games like Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 and Gran Turismo Sport in 2017, Subaru and Hyundai were cut due to licensing issues.

It would have been awesome to see Toyota cars in The Crew 2, but this didn't happen. The reason why Toyota wasn't added to The Crew 2 via update after they ended their exclusivity deal with Japanese racing games in late 2019 is that The Crew 2 had a small playerbase. Yeah, I am glad that Toyota is in a sequel of The Crew 2, The Crew Motorfest.
