High ranking or gold trophies ?

I meant if your slow now you can easily get quicker and improve for Round 8-5

The round 5-6 is slightly harder to gold them(although i got gold for sll of them with some after a few tries)
I believe the 7-8 will be even harder

I'm just in it for the cars so gold trophies I would say.
Up to round 6 they were easy to get anyway.

I have one of the "aliens" on my friends list and I've seen him spend whole days on GT academy, hence why he's 2nd in the world for round 6. I've only spent a few hours on round 6 and a little bit of time on round 5 just to get an idea if I can get to the finals, so far it looks hopeful, but I'm going to wait till round 8-5 comes before I get my hopes up.

EDIT: The reason you have seen me spend whole days on gt academy is because I leave it on all the time while I was doing other stuff haha

Umm I would not leave it on for the sake of it these things can overheat and fail this would be a bad time for that to happen if your in with a shot at progressing

what are ypu talking about bandit, I wasnt talking about you at all tbh I gathered you didn't spend the whole day on it, no one could possibly last a whole day without getting bored, its just my excuse for being slower

I used to always leave my ps3 and tv on all day when practicing back in the day, but now that I have my own place and have bills to pay, I will always try turn it off even if I'm away for an hour.

My Playstation only goes off between 7am and 6pm Mon-Fri its on all the time then. Back at Uni it was on 24/7 pretty much!

Nope, although if it's not doing anything it's hardly working so it's cool I've noticed when changing the visual input cables, or hot after working . It's an old fat model, without the backwards compatibility.
