Fisichella and Panis got good qualifying spots, hopefully MS's bad luck at Hockenheim will stay with him tomorrow, and a Williams will be up front.

I just spoofed the movie forever young. it's about a reanimated from being frozen ww2 bomber pilot (US) played by mel gibson. i think.

Well, the talk at the moment is that Alonso will come in at Hungary, and that Yoong might do the Suzuka race to keep the sponsors on-side.

Yep Yoong needs to take a step back unfortunately, I bet he's cheap for Minardi to pay, but sometimes you get what you pay for :2cents: (with Jaques being the acception  )

Well Minardi aren't actually paying him. He's a "rent-a-driver", who brings money to the team. Given that all Minardi's significant sponsors are Malaysian, there will be some commercial considerations playing their part.

As for Jacques being the exception, I have only two words: Eddie Irvine.

yes i think sato did well. he was very close to a much better qualifying. and he did not finish that high because of retires, he was that high before everyone went out. hopefully he will do better next time. too bad fisi had problems.

Yoong's presence brings $20m to the team. However on Yoong's 3rd DNQ the contract stated he can be replaced without loss of sponsership.

Although of course unless they find someone else KL friendly they can probably kiss good bye to that money in 2k3.
