Well thats it! Its over. Congratulations Nas on your championship! What do you win by the way? Bragging rights i guess! Nice win RT and obviously a special mention to mule for putting on such a cracking series, nice one.
Heres to the lotus's! I hope i can mix it a bit more with you guys.
Visor down, im out!

Really the only thing I can say about today's race, is that with these cars you have to be really smooth not only with the steering, but with the throttle. If you watch the replay from my car, you'll see that I very rarely go full throttle unless the steering wheel is pointing relatively straight. It's best to diamond corners if you can, so you can get the wheel straight sooner and get back to full throttle.

Not only that, adapting to the tire situation. I was running 1:15's by the end of the race, but my line never changed.

Thanks for the race MULE, should have participated in more of these but scheduling got in the way. 👍

Big fancy post will be later, after I eat. As for now, Unofficial race results:

Good race everyone. This was a fun series. Too bad we didn't get any rain at Suzuka; all that practice for nothing! Thanks to Mule for putting this together. I will try to participate in the Elise series but we will see how my schedule works out.

I felt bad for Magnemite in this race because his car was jerking back and forth across my screen due to lag, causing him to accidentally lag punt some unfortunate victims through no fault of his own. Me and BlackIce trailed behind him for a while but it was hard to make a pass. I had a huge collision with Mag later on lap 7 before the last chicanes when he was reentering the track after going wide (or at least that is what it looked like on my screen) which caused heavy damage. I just decided to pit stop then and run some clean laps without any traffic in front of me. I ran 12 lap stints for the rest of the race and was lucky to finish 4th. Either way it didn't affect the final results of the series since WiiFreak and Nastra finished near the top.

Overall this was an exciting series and a great turnout for the last race.

Thanks for the race everyone, it was a lot of fun. I must apologize for my connection however, and I am sorry if I accidentally bumped any of you off the track because of lag (Jonny and Brando for sure).

It was a great series and I'm glad I got in on the second half of it at least, and I hope to join in on the Elise series as well.

I was one of them too, knocked me into a sand pit. I was a little mad but there was nothing you could do so dont worry about it.

I don't have time for a detailed post right now. Just wanted to come here to LOL at magnemite's lag. I watched a bit of the replay and his car is off the track as much as it is on the track in other peoples' screens! I feel bad for the drivers who were stuck with him. Sucks for him and sucks for everyone who got punted. Johny, Blackice, and Brando were victims. Magnemite goes flying off the track like a rocket and into the sand on lap 7, though, due to lag.

I think Johny got the fastest lap, however I'm sure. Regardless, it doesn't change anything.

Give a big congratulations to Nastradamus87, the only driver to finish in the top-5 in all 6 races, and the only driver with more than 1 win. Here's the final point standings for the season:

I want to send a very special thank you to everyone who came out to race this season. Without you guys, there's no way I could have done this.

Be sure to check out the Elise series if you want to continue racing with us. And be on the lookout for Season 2. It'll be bigger and better than ever before!

I'll get pictures that I've been meaning to post here posted soon. I promise.

Congrats Nastra! A very solid run down the stretch. 1,3,1,2 through the final four races. Well deserved championship.

Congrats on Saturday's win Turbo. I wish I was able to make the race, as I always enjoy being on the track with you.

My schedule is always quite busy during the summer, so I am not sure if I will be able to commit to the next series Mule. If I don't make the next series, it is definitely not because of how the series is run. Excellent job putting this all together my friend.

Thanks all for the races that I was able to join you in. Congrats to the podium of Nastra, Wii, and Brandofo!

Rees

Thank you to everyone for the congratulations.

Luck was on my side in this series. If WiiFreak hadn't dropped in Deep Forest I would have had to beat him in the last two races to win, which would not have been easy. I really enjoyed to rivalry I had going with WiiFreak (weather he knew we had one or not ).

This series, with so many fast drivers in it, has been a pleasure to participate in. Thank you to everyone for making our races fun and competitive.

I love the pics of my car lol. I'm gonna miss this car even more. The Blue and Gold color combo makes me want an STI now. I dont wanna boast but my car looks pretty slick. I know you agree because you took a nice pic of my car alone lol. Too bad the front bumper was dented though :(

VERY nice pictures. you're much better at photography than me (not that that's saying a lot). I especially like the straight on shot of my car.

All the shots with the cars coming under the bridge required me to walk all the way around the tight left hander and up the hill.
