There's also first year of the Miata, though PD's tendency to screw around with the car for different regions of the game before just making trim levels up for it clouds that one a bit.

You can add the Nissan 180SX Type X '96 and Mazda Eunos Roadster (NA Special Package) '89 according to the wiki

The '97 version didn't appear in GT1 apparently according to the wiki posted above. So it doesn't count.
