Yeah it's because it's insanely high bitrate. I'll make some lower quality ones.

I've got a nurburgring video that's been compressed more and it's the same size as that.

If you encode the video with a DivX codec, the quality will be high and the filesize won't be as big. either way thanks for the vid man

There isn't much difference between 1000kbps WMV and 1000kbps DivX, although I stopped using DivX when people started moaning about having to download codecs.

I'll see what the filesize is like by encoding in both formats. I'll record one of those one lap magic things in the mission races.

It's encoded at some stupidly high bitrate, so I can chop some of that off in other videos I make.

Maybe try XVid, I just did a lap at SSR5 in GT3 and it was 6 mb with sound !!! Quality was acceptable 👍
