I'm from Brasil, I'm in this forum at some time as voyeur, but today my son show me as post pics, so, I'll start pics of hot rods made in Brasil of americans, europeans and brasilians cars. This is my prefered Forum in the GTP, I love old cars, specially hot rods and customs.
Here's a suggestion, when you have more pictures, just click the "edit" button on the bottom right of your post, and add them to the same post, so you don't have a bunch of posts one after another.
That was the raffle prize; a '34 sedan body and chassis. In an audience that was 90% male, I was amused to see the person holding the winning ticket was female. And 6 years old.
About a quarter of the Corvettes there.
Note for Venari: The red Mercury Cougar I posted a few pages back was there, but I didn't see it until it was leaving. Sorry.

68 pontiac grand prix i thought it was the same car lol if top one was a detailed toyota or datsun like ya said its well done

I know a while back I posted a photo of my Dads dragster from the 70s.
Engine and Gearbox
Information about them I know off....
The engine was from a Buick (not sure what model) from my Grandad's bosses car, which he rolled into a field. The gearbox is a 'new' one from an E-type (maybe D type, think it was E type) and he also used the rear axle from the D/E-type. Never got to turn the engine over, looks a little sad now doesn't it?
Edit: Hope it doesn't make the page too big, always shut off your bookmarks...
That Lola is beautiful, in a purposeful ugly duckling kind of way. I love T70s. I want a replica Spider version with an LS7. Saw one at the Brum Classics show - it was just fabulous..
(If I didn't have to take a crate of Easter eggs to bribe the Scouts there to litter pick, that is.)
Cars come from all over the place though - I was looking at a Mopar forum, and one guy who bought his Charger along came from Swindon. A couple of the cars that turn up most years (A Fiat 600 and a Subaru 360) are put into service as taxis at the Goodwood Revival Meeting. Luckily for me, it's right on my doorstep.
